Philly Cheesesteak Casserole (Cheesy & Low-Carb)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 🥩
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped) 🫑
  • 1 onion (sliced) 🧅
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced) 🍄
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened) 🧀
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • ½ tsp salt 🧂
  • ½ tsp black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Oven ko 375°F (190°C) par preheat karo.
  2. Ek skillet mein olive oil garam karo aur onion, bell pepper aur mushrooms ko 3–4 minutes sauté karo.
  3. Ab ground beef add karo aur brown hone tak cook karo.
  4. Garlic powder, salt aur black pepper add karke mix karo.
  5. Ab cream cheese add karo aur sab ko achi tarah mix karo jab tak creamy mixture na ban jaye.
  6. Is mixture ko baking dish mein daal do aur upar se shredded cheese sprinkle karo.
  7. 15–20 minutes bake karo jab tak cheese melt aur bubbly na ho jaye.
  8. Garma garam serve karo.
