๐ฅฃ Step 1: Dough Banayein
Ek bade bowl mein flour aur salt mila lein.
Ismein sourdough discard aur oil add karein.
Ab thora thora pani daalte hue soft aur smooth dough tayar karein.
5โ7 minutes tak achi tarah knead karein.

โณ Step 2: Dough Rest Karna
Dough ko cover karke 1โ2 ghante room temperature par rehne dein.
Is rest se dough flexible ho jata hai aur sourdough ka flavor bhi behtar hota hai.

Pan mein oil medium heat par garam karein.
Piyaz aur garlic ko halka golden hone tak bhunein.
