🛒 Ingredients
- 3 well-ripened bananas
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup oil or melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour (maida)
- (Optional) Chocolate chips or chopped nuts

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Sab se pehle oven ko 170°C par garam hone ke liye chala dein.
2️⃣ Mash the Bananas
Ek bowl mein kele daal kar fork ya masher ki madad se bilkul smooth mash kar lein, taake koi bade pieces na rahen.
3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
Mashed bananas mein cheeni, oil ya melted butter, anda aur vanilla essence daal kar achi tarah mix karein jab tak mixture smooth na ho jaye.
4️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients
Ab baking soda aur namak daal kar mix karein. Phir maida thora thora add karte hue halka haath se milayein. Overmix na karein warna bread sakht ho sakti hai.
5️⃣ Optional Add-ins
Agar chahen to chocolate chips ya nuts fold kar dein taake extra taste aur texture aaye.
6️⃣ Bake
Mixture ko greased loaf pan mein daal dein aur preheated oven mein 45–55 minutes tak bake karein. Toothpick center mein daal kar check karein — agar saaf nikle to bread ready hai.
7️⃣ Cool & Serve
Bread ko pan mein 10 minute thanda hone dein, phir nikaal kar wire rack par completely cool hone dein. Slice karein aur enjoy karein.
