Quick Pecan Pie Recipe

When it’s time to bake your pecan pie, your canned filling makes the process a breeze!

Ingredients for One Pecan Pie:

  • 1 quart (or 2 pint jars) of canned pecan pie filling
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • Extra pecan halves for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Set your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Prepare the Pie:
    Pour the contents of your canned filling (1 quart or 2 pints) into the unbaked pie crust. Spread evenly. If desired, arrange extra pecan halves on top for decoration.
  3. Bake the Pie:
    • Start baking at 400°F for 10 minutes.
    • Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  4. Cool and Serve:
    Let the pie cool slightly before slicing to allow the filling to set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
