- 1 tbsp olive oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Toast the Bread
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or pan until they are golden and crispy.
Step 2: Prepare the Blackberries
Lightly mash a few blackberries with a fork to release some juice, but keep some whole for texture.
Step 3: Add the Burrata
Place the toasted bread on a plate and gently tear open the burrata. Spread the creamy inside over the toast.
