Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos

Ingredients

For the Cinnamon-Sugar Chips

  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for brushing)

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Toppings

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Strawberry jam or preserves
  • Extra cinnamon sugar (optional, for sprinkling)

1️⃣ Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Chips

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the flour tortillas into triangle shapes, similar to nacho chips. Lightly brush both sides of each triangle with melted butter.

In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture generously over the buttered tortilla pieces.

Arrange the tortilla triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until they become crispy and golden. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.


2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is light and well combined. Set aside.


3️⃣ Assemble the Dessert Nachos

Place the cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips on a serving platter.

Add spoonfuls of the cheesecake filling over the chips.

Drizzle strawberry jam or preserves across the top and scatter fresh strawberry slices over everything.

For an extra sweet touch, sprinkle a little additional cinnamon sugar on top.

Serve the Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos right away while the chips are still crisp.
