Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Prep
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tray with paper liners or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add sourdough starter, sugar (or honey), oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Step 3: Add Spinach
Stir in the chopped or blended spinach until evenly combined.
