Sourdough Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil / butter
  • Thora sa paani (as needed)

Method:

  1. Ek bowl mein sourdough discard, flour, salt aur baking powder mix karo.
  2. Yogurt aur oil add karke soft dough bana lo (zarurat ho to thora paani daal lo).
  3. Dough ko 15–20 minutes rest karne do.
  4. Choti balls bana kar roti ki tarah bel lo.
  5. Garam tawa par dono sides se sek lo jab tak golden spots aa jayein.
  6. Butter laga kar garam garam serve karo 😋🫓✨
