Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sourdough discard
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil / butter
- Thora sa paani (as needed)
Method:
- Ek bowl mein sourdough discard, flour, salt aur baking powder mix karo.
- Yogurt aur oil add karke soft dough bana lo (zarurat ho to thora paani daal lo).
- Dough ko 15–20 minutes rest karne do.
- Choti balls bana kar roti ki tarah bel lo.
- Garam tawa par dono sides se sek lo jab tak golden spots aa jayein.
- Butter laga kar garam garam serve karo 😋🫓✨
