Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup (150g) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (120g) sourdough discard
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the crumb topping:

  • 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup (40g) flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (60g) cold butter (cubed)

Step 1: Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a baking pan.

Step 2: Prepare crumb topping
