- 4 large portobello mushrooms 🍄
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese 🧀
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved) 🍅
- ¼ cup black olives

- 1 tsp dried oregano

👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Mushrooms
Oven ko 400°F (200°C) par preheat karo. Portobello mushrooms ko clean karke stems remove karo.
Step 2: Pre-Bake
Mushrooms par thoda olive oil, salt aur pepper laga kar 8 minutes oven mein bake karo taake extra moisture nikal jaye.
Step 3: Add Sauce
Har mushroom cap mein 1–2 tbsp tomato sauce spread karo.
Step 4: Add Toppings
Ab mozzarella, feta, cherry tomatoes aur olives add karo aur upar se oregano sprinkle karo.
Step 5: Bake Again
Pizza ko 10–12 minutes bake karo jab tak cheese melt aur bubbly na ho jaye.
Step 6: Garnish & Serve
Oven se nikal kar fresh basil add karo aur garam serve karo.
