Pan-Seared Pork Chops (Juicy & Flavorful)

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops (bone-in ya boneless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter 🧈
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed) 🧄
  • ½ tsp salt 🧂
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme 🌿

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Pork chops ko paper towel se dry kar lo aur salt, pepper, paprika aur thyme se season karo.
  2. Ek skillet ya frying pan mein olive oil medium-high heat par garam karo.
  3. Pork chops pan mein daal kar 3–4 minutes ek side se cook karo jab tak golden crust na ban jaye.
  4. Ab pork chops ko flip karo aur butter aur garlic add karo.
  5. Spoon se melted butter ko pork chops par daalte hue 3–4 minutes aur cook karo.
  6. Jab pork fully cook ho jaye to pan se nikaal kar 2–3 minutes rest karne do.
