Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley 🌿
- Lemon slices (for topping)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2️⃣ Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley.
4️⃣ Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets evenly.
5️⃣ Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
6️⃣ Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
