- Your choice of toppings: pepperoni, cooked sausage, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, spinach

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together for 45–60 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Step 3:
Add almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until it forms a dough.
Step 4:
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a circle or rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Step 5:
Transfer the crust (with parchment) to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 8–10 minutes until slightly golden.
