Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

For the topping:

  • ½ cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your choice of toppings: pepperoni, cooked sausage, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, spinach
  • Fresh basil or oregano for garnish

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together for 45–60 seconds. Stir until smooth.

Step 3:
Add almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until it forms a dough.

Step 4:
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a circle or rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

Step 5:
Transfer the crust (with parchment) to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 8–10 minutes until slightly golden.

Step 6:
Remove from oven, spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust. Add shredded mozzarella and your chosen toppings.

Step 7:
Return to oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 8:
Garnish with fresh basil or oregano before serving. Slice and enjoy!
