Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2:
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
Step 3:
Place florets in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix well so the cauliflower is coated.
Step 4:
Spread the cauliflower on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 5:
Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly golden.
Step 6:
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Step 7:
Put back in the oven for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Step 8:
Top with sour cream, green onions, and turkey bacon/chicken bits.
Tip:
For extra flavor, add paprika or chili flakes.
