Step-by-Step Method
1. Salmon Prepare Karein
Salmon fillets ko paper towel se dry karein aur un par salt aur black pepper laga dein.
2. Pan Heat Karein
Ek pan mein olive oil medium heat par garam karein.
3. Salmon Cook Karein
Salmon fillets ko pan mein rakh kar 4–5 minutes ek side se cook karein, phir flip karke 3–4 minutes aur cook karein jab tak golden na ho jaye.
4. Brown Butter Banayein
Dusre pan mein butter melt karein aur medium heat par cook karein jab tak butter light brown aur nutty smell na dene lage.
5. Garlic Add Karein
Butter mein minced garlic daal kar 30 seconds tak cook karein.
6. Lemon Flavor Add Karein
Ab lemon juice aur lemon zest daal kar halka sa mix karein.
7. Salmon Par Sauce Dalein
Cooked salmon ko plate mein rakh kar lemon brown butter sauce upar se pour karein.
8. Garnish Karein
Upar se chopped parsley aur lemon slices rakh kar serve karein.
