Ingredients:
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed) ๐ฟ
- 1 can tuna (drained) ๐
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (keto-friendly)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cucumber (cut into thin strips) ๐ฅ
- 1 carrot (julienned) ๐ฅ (optional โ slightly higher carbs)
- 1 avocado (sliced) ๐ฅ
- 2 eggs (for omelette strips) ๐ณ
- 1 cup cauliflower rice (lightly cooked) (rice substitute)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions:
- Prepare tuna filling:
In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook cauliflower rice:
Lightly sautรฉ cauliflower rice for 3โ4 minutes and let it cool.
- Make egg strips:
Cook eggs like a thin omelette, then cut into long strips.
- Assemble kimbap:
- Place a nori sheet on a mat
- Spread a thin layer of cauliflower rice
- Add tuna mixture, cucumber, avocado, carrot, and egg strips
- Roll tightly:
Roll it carefully into a log shape.
- Slice:
Cut into bite-size pieces.
- Serve:
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy
