Keto Pasta Noodles (Low-Carb & Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg yolk 🥚
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions (Detailed)

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper so the dough doesn’t stick.

2️⃣ In a microwave-safe bowl, add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.

3️⃣ Place the bowl in the microwave for 40–60 seconds until the cheese melts completely.

4️⃣ Remove the bowl and stir the melted cheese well until it becomes smooth and stretchy.

5️⃣ Add the almond flour, egg yolk, salt, and garlic powder to the melted cheese mixture.

6️⃣ Mix everything together using a spoon or your hands until it forms a soft dough.

7️⃣ Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin sheet.

8️⃣ Once the dough is thin, remove the top parchment paper and cut the dough into thin noodle strips using a knife or pizza cutter.

9️⃣ Carefully place the noodle strips onto the prepared baking tray.

🔟 Bake the noodles in the oven for 8–10 minutes until they become slightly firm but not too crispy.
