Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1β2 tbsp keto sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- Pinch of salt

1. Make Batter
- In a bowl, whisk eggs + cream cheese until smooth
- Add almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt
- Mix until a thick batter forms
2. Cook Pancakes
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat
- Add a little butter or oil
- Pour small amounts of batter (keto pancakes are delicate)
π Cook:
- 2β3 minutes on one side
- Flip carefully and cook another 1β2 minutes
3. Serve
Top with:

- Sugar-free syrup
- Fresh berries π (in moderation)
