  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Ek bowl mein ground beef, almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper aur Italian seasoning mix karo.
  2. Mixture ko achi tarah combine karke choti meatballs bana lo.
  3. Ek pan mein olive oil medium heat par garam karo.
  4. Meatballs ko pan mein daal kar 8–10 minutes tak cook karo, beech beech mein flip karte raho taake har side se golden ho jaye.
  5. Jab meatballs fully cook ho jayein to serve karo.
