- Ek bowl mein ground beef, almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper aur Italian seasoning mix karo.
- Mixture ko achi tarah combine karke choti meatballs bana lo.
- Ek pan mein olive oil medium heat par garam karo.
- Meatballs ko pan mein daal kar 8β10 minutes tak cook karo, beech beech mein flip karte raho taake har side se golden ho jaye.
- Jab meatballs fully cook ho jayein to serve karo.
