Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
Step 3: Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Reduce heat to low. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken, allowing it to melt slightly into the garlic butter.
Step 4: Coat and Serve
Spoon the garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
