- 2–3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of salt

- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, protein powder (if using), and salt.
- Mix well until evenly combined.
Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients
- Add almond butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture.
- Stir well, adding almond milk gradually until a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
Step 3: Form Balls
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1–inch (2.5 cm) balls.
- Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Step 4: Chill
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up.
Step 5: Store
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
💡 Tips:
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little more almond milk one teaspoon at a time.
- For extra crunch, add chopped almonds or shredded coconut.
- Use a high-quality cocoa powder for richer chocolate flavor.
