Ingredients

4 chicken thighs (boneless ya bone-in) 🍗
4 bacon strips 🥓
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves (minced) 🧄
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
½ cup parmesan cheese (grated) 🧀
½ tsp salt 🧂
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp butter 🧈
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) 🌿

Step-by-Step Method

1. Chicken Season Karein
Chicken thighs ko salt, black pepper aur paprika se achi tarah season kar dein.

2. Bacon Cook Karein
Ek skillet mein bacon strips ko medium heat par cook karein jab tak crispy ho jayein. Phir bacon nikal kar side par rakh dein.

3. Chicken Cook Karein
Ussi pan mein olive oil add karein aur chicken thighs ko 5–6 minutes har side se cook karein jab tak golden brown aur fully cooked ho jayein. Phir plate mein nikal dein.

4. Garlic Sauté Karein
Pan mein butter daal kar melt karein aur minced garlic ko 30 seconds tak sauté karein.

5. Cream Sauce Banayein
Ab pan mein heavy cream daal kar halka simmer hone dein.

6. Cheese Add Karein
Is mein parmesan cheese daal kar mix karein jab tak sauce creamy aur thick ho jaye.

7. Chicken Aur Bacon Add Karein
Cooked chicken thighs aur crispy bacon ko pan mein wapas daal kar 2–3 minutes sauce mein simmer hone dein.

8. Garnish Karein
Upar se fresh parsley sprinkle karein aur garam serve karein.
