Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (high-protein twist 💪)
- 1/2 cup light cream (or milk)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp chili flakes 🌶️
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook Chicken
- Season chicken with salt & pepper
- Heat oil in a pan
- Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden
- Remove and set aside
2. Make Sauce
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes, Italian seasoning
- Pour in cream/milk and simmer
3. Add Protein Boost
- Lower heat and stir in Greek yogurt + parmesan
- Mix until smooth and creamy
4. Combine
- Return chicken to the pan
- Simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through
5. Garnish
- Top with fresh basil and extra parmesan
💡 Tips
- Serve with rice, pasta, or mashed cauliflower 🍚🥦
- Add spinach for extra nutrients
- Don’t boil after adding yogurt (to avoid curdling)
