Healthy Greek Recipe: Whipped Feta & Tomato Salad

  • 200 g feta cheese ๐Ÿง€
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved) ๐Ÿ…
  • 1 small cucumber (chopped) ๐Ÿฅ’
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Step 1: Make the Whipped Feta

Blender ya food processor mein feta cheese, Greek yogurt aur olive oil add karo aur smooth creamy mixture bana lo.

Step 2: Prepare the Salad

Ek bowl mein cherry tomatoes aur cucumber add karo.

Step 3: Add Flavor

Salad mein lemon juice, oregano, salt aur black pepper add karke mix karo.

Step 4: Assemble

Plate par whipped feta spread karo aur upar se tomato salad add karo.

Step 5: Garnish

Upar se olive oil drizzle aur parsley sprinkle karo.

Step 6: Serve
