Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sourdough discard
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk
Method:
- Oven ko 180°C par preheat kar lo aur mini bundt pan grease kar lo.
- Butter aur sugar mix karo, phir eggs aur vanilla add karke whisk karo.
- Sourdough discard aur milk daal kar mix kar lo.
- Cocoa powder, flour, baking soda aur salt add karke smooth batter bana lo.
- Chocolate chips fold kar do.
- Batter ko mini bundt molds mein daal do.
- 15–20 minutes bake karo jab tak cakes set ho jayein.
- Thanda hone do, phir molds se nikaal kar serve karo 🍫😋✨
