Crispy Baked Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken legs (drumsticks)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, thyme, or rosemary)

Step 1 – Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2 – Season Chicken:
Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over them. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then rub evenly over all chicken legs.

Step 3 – Arrange for Baking:
