Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley 🌿
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 3 minutes.
2️⃣ Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
4️⃣ Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
5️⃣ Place the salmon in the air fryer basket (skin side down).
6️⃣ Air fry for 8–10 minutes until the salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad for a healthy meal.
