Cowboy Butter Steak

Ingredients

2 steak pieces (ribeye ya sirloin) 🥩
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt 🧂
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter 🧈
2 garlic cloves (minced) 🧄
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) 🌿

Step-by-Step Method

1. Steak Prepare Karein
Steak ko room temperature par 10–15 minutes ke liye rakh dein. Phir salt aur black pepper dono sides par laga dein.

2. Pan Heat Karein
Ek heavy pan ya skillet mein olive oil medium-high heat par garam karein.

3. Steak Cook Karein
Steak ko pan mein daal kar 3–4 minutes ek side se cook karein. Phir flip karke 3–4 minutes aur cook karein (ya apni desired doneness tak).

4. Cowboy Butter Banayein
Ek small pan mein butter melt karein. Is mein garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika aur red pepper flakes daal kar mix karein.

5. Flavor Add Karein
Butter mixture ko 1 minute tak cook karein taake garlic ki achi khushboo aa jaye.

6. Steak Rest Karein
Steak ko pan se nikal kar 5 minutes rest karne dein taake juices andar settle ho jayein.

7. Sauce Dalein
Ab cowboy butter sauce steak ke upar pour karein.

8. Garnish Karein
Upar se fresh parsley sprinkle karein aur serve karein.
