Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup grilled chicken or steak (sliced)
  • ½ avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower Rice
Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly sauté the cauliflower rice for 3–4 minutes until tender. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Step 2: Cook the Protein
