Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients

2 cups cauliflower rice (grated cauliflower) 🥦
2 tbsp olive oil ya butter
2 eggs 🥚
½ cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, capsicum) 🥕
2 garlic cloves (chopped) 🧄
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt 🧂
2 tbsp green onions (chopped) 🌿

Step-by-Step Method

1. Cauliflower Rice Prepare Karein
Cauliflower ko grate kar ke rice jaisa texture bana lein. Agar ready cauliflower rice ho to woh bhi use kar sakte hain.

2. Oil Heat Karein
Ek large pan ya wok mein olive oil medium heat par garam karein.

3. Garlic Cook Karein
Pan mein chopped garlic daal kar 30 seconds tak sauté karein jab tak khushboo na aa jaye.

4. Vegetables Add Karein
Ab mixed vegetables daal kar 2–3 minutes tak cook karein.

5. Eggs Scramble Karein
Pan ke side mein eggs tod kar scramble karein aur vegetables ke saath mix kar dein.

6. Cauliflower Rice Add Karein
Ab cauliflower rice pan mein daal kar achi tarah mix karein aur 4–5 minutes tak cook karein.

7. Seasoning Add Karein
Is mein soy sauce, salt aur black pepper daal kar achi tarah stir karein.

8. Garnish Karein
Upar se green onions sprinkle karein aur garam serve karein.
