Sourdough Waffles

  • 1 cup (240ml) milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
