  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup warm water (adjust as needed)

1. Mix Dough

In a bowl, combine sourdough starter, warm water, olive oil, and sugar.
Gradually add flour and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.


2. Knead

Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes (quick bulk fermentation).


3. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside if using.


4. Shape the Crust

Roll or stretch the dough into a pizza shape on a floured surface.
