High-Protein Marry Me Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (high-protein twist 💪)
  • 1/2 cup light cream (or milk)
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes 🌶️
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook Chicken

  • Season chicken with salt & pepper
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden
  • Remove and set aside

2. Make Sauce

  • In the same pan, add garlic and sauté
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes, Italian seasoning
  • Pour in cream/milk and simmer

3. Add Protein Boost

  • Lower heat and stir in Greek yogurt + parmesan
  • Mix until smooth and creamy

4. Combine

  • Return chicken to the pan
  • Simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through

5. Garnish

  • Top with fresh basil and extra parmesan

  • Serve with rice, pasta, or mashed cauliflower 🍚🥦
  • Add spinach for extra nutrients
  • Don’t boil after adding yogurt (to avoid curdling)
