  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or basil (chopped)

Step 1: Prepare the Cucumbers
Wash the cucumbers and use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to turn them into noodle-shaped strands.

Step 2: Remove Excess Water
Place the cucumber noodles on paper towels and gently pat them dry to remove extra moisture.
