Garlic Roasted Romanesco

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the Romanesco
Wash the romanesco and cut it into small florets.
