Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour (if using), salt, pepper, and garlic/herbs until smooth.
Step 2: Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or olive oil.
Step 3: Cook the Wrap
Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a thin circle. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the edges start to set. Carefully flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.
