Keto Cottage Cheese Wrap (Low-Carb & High-Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat preferred)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond flour (optional, for better texture)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder or herbs (optional)
  • Cooking spray or a little olive oil

Optional Fillings:

  • Sliced avocado
  • Lettuce or spinach
  • Grilled chicken or turkey slices
  • Tomato slices
  • Cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour (if using), salt, pepper, and garlic/herbs until smooth.

Step 2: Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or olive oil.

Step 3: Cook the Wrap
Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a thin circle. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the edges start to set. Carefully flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Step 4: Add Fillings
Place your desired fillings in the center of the wrap.

Step 5: Roll and Serve
Fold or roll the wrap tightly. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
