- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp keto sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Step 1: Cook the Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned.
Step 2: Add Garlic and Ginger
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the beef. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, keto sweetener, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes so the flavors combine.
Step 4: Prepare the Cauliflower Rice
In another pan, lightly sauté the cauliflower rice for 3–4 minutes until tender.
Step 5: Assemble the Bowl
Place the cauliflower rice in a bowl and top it with the Korean-style beef.
Step 6: Garnish and Serve
