  • 2 pork chops (bone-in ya boneless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter ๐Ÿงˆ
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed) ๐Ÿง„
  • ยฝ tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • ยฝ tsp paprika
  • ยฝ tsp dried thyme ๐ŸŒฟ

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

  1. Pork chops ko paper towel se dry kar lo aur salt, pepper, paprika aur thyme se season karo.
  2. Ek skillet ya frying pan mein olive oil medium-high heat par garam karo.
  3. Pork chops pan mein daal kar 3โ€“4 minutes ek side se cook karo jab tak golden crust na ban jaye.
  4. Ab pork chops ko flip karo aur butter aur garlic add karo.
  5. Spoon se melted butter ko pork chops par daalte hue 3โ€“4 minutes aur cook karo.
  6. Jab pork fully cook ho jaye to pan se nikaal kar 2โ€“3 minutes rest karne do.
