Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: powdered sugar or maple syrup for topping

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Preheat the Waffle Maker

Turn on your waffle maker and lightly grease it with oil or cooking spray.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together:

  • Flour
  • Brown sugar
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
