Ingredients
- 2 pork chops (bone-in ya boneless)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter 🧈
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed) 🧄
- ½ tsp salt 🧂
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme 🌿
👨🍳 Instructions
- Pork chops ko paper towel se dry kar lo aur salt, pepper, paprika aur thyme se season karo.
- Ek skillet ya frying pan mein olive oil medium-high heat par garam karo.
- Pork chops pan mein daal kar 3–4 minutes ek side se cook karo jab tak golden crust na ban jaye.
- Ab pork chops ko flip karo aur butter aur garlic add karo.
- Spoon se melted butter ko pork chops par daalte hue 3–4 minutes aur cook karo.
- Jab pork fully cook ho jaye to pan se nikaal kar 2–3 minutes rest karne do.
