- 400 g beef sirloin (thin slices) 🥩
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced) 🫑
- 1 cup broccoli florets 🥦
- 1 carrot (thin slices) 🥕
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Beef
Beef slices ko soy sauce aur black pepper ke sath 10 minutes ke liye marinate karo.
Step 2: Heat the Pan
Wok ya large pan mein olive oil high heat par garam karo.
Step 3: Cook the Beef
Beef slices add karo aur 2–3 minutes tak stir fry karo jab tak brown ho jaye. Phir pan se nikal lo.
Step 4: Cook the Vegetables
Same pan mein garlic, ginger, broccoli, carrot aur bell pepper add karo aur 3–4 minutes stir fry karo.
Step 5: Combine Everything
Beef wapas pan mein add karo. Oyster sauce aur sesame oil add karke sab mix karo aur 2 minutes aur cook karo.
Step 6: Serve
Garam-garam beef stir fry serve karo. Ye rice ya noodles ke sath bhi acha lagta hai. 🍽️
