- 300g pork tenderloin or pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp honey (or low-carb sweetener for keto)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced thin
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed (optional)
Step-by-Step Recipe (English)
Step 1:
Marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, garlic, and chili flakes for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3:
Add a little oil and cook the pork slices for 3–4 minutes per side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
Step 4:
In a large bowl, combine salad greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
Step 5:
Add the grilled pork slices on top of the salad.
Step 6:
Drizzle with extra lime juice or dressing from the pork marinade.
Step 7:
Sprinkle crushed roasted peanuts on top for crunch (optional).
