🧾 Ingredients
- 700 g beef chuck (chunks) 🥩
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices beef bacon (optional)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 carrots (sliced) 🥕
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup red wine (optional but traditional) 🍷
- 1 cup mushrooms 🍄
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt & black pepper
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
Pan ya Dutch oven mein olive oil garam karo. Beef cubes add karke 4–5 minutes tak brown karo.
Step 2: Cook Bacon & Veggies
Beef nikal kar same pan mein bacon cook karo. Phir onion, carrots aur garlic add karke 3–4 minutes sauté karo.
Step 3: Add Liquids
Ab tomato paste, beef broth aur red wine add karo aur mix karo.
Step 4: Slow Cook
Beef wapas pan mein add karo. Thyme, salt aur pepper daal kar low heat par 1½–2 hours simmer karo.
Step 5: Add Mushrooms
Last 20 minutes mein mushrooms add karo aur cook hone do.
Step 6: Serve
Jab beef soft aur tender ho jaye to garam-garam serve karo.
