  • 1 cup sourdough starter (active or discard)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped veggies (spinach, bell pepper, or onion – optional)

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a mini muffin tin.

Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, combine sourdough starter, milk, egg, melted butter, and honey. Mix well.

Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
