Ingredients
2 pork chops 🥩
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves (minced) 🧄
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
½ cup parmesan cheese (grated) 🧀
½ tsp salt 🧂
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp butter 🧈
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) 🌿
Step-by-Step Method
1. Pork Chops Prepare Karein
Pork chops ko paper towel se dry karein aur un par salt, black pepper aur paprika laga dein.
2. Pan Heat Karein
Ek skillet mein olive oil medium-high heat par garam karein.
3. Pork Chops Cook Karein
Pork chops ko pan mein daal kar 4–5 minutes har side se cook karein jab tak golden brown aur fully cooked ho jayein. Phir unhein plate mein nikal kar side par rakh dein.
4. Garlic Cook Karein
Usi pan mein butter melt karein aur minced garlic daal kar 30 seconds tak sauté karein.
5. Cream Sauce Banayein
Ab heavy cream pan mein daal kar halka sa simmer hone dein.
6. Cheese Add Karein
Is mein parmesan cheese daal kar mix karein jab tak sauce creamy aur thoda thick ho jaye.
7. Pork Chops Wapas Dalein
Cooked pork chops ko wapas pan mein daal kar 2–3 minutes sauce ke saath simmer hone dein.
8. Garnish Karein
Upar se fresh parsley sprinkle karein aur garam serve karein.
