- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and rub them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix mashed avocado, cream cheese, garlic powder, and a little mozzarella cheese.
- Spread this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20โ25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
