1️⃣ Prepare Cauliflower
Cut cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until rice-like.
(Or grate using a box grater.)
2️⃣ Cook the Cauliflower
Microwave the riced cauliflower for 5–6 minutes until soft.
Let it cool slightly.
3️⃣ Remove Moisture (Very Important!)
Place cooked cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much water as possible.
