Cheesy Beef & Sausage Baked Sliders

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • Ground beef
  • Ground sausage
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Minced onion
  • Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • Slider buns

For the Topping:

  • (Your chosen topping ingredients)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 11×7-inch baking dish (or a pan large enough to hold the sliders) with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and sausage until fully browned. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder, and minced onion. Mix well to evenly combine the seasonings.
  4. Add the cubed Velveeta to the meat mixture. Continue stirring until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Arrange the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Evenly spread the cheesy meat mixture over the bottom buns. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  7. Combine the topping ingredients and brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
