Ingredients
For the Filling:
- Ground beef
- Ground sausage
- Worcestershire sauce
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
- Minced onion
- Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Slider buns
For the Topping:
- (Your chosen topping ingredients)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 11×7-inch baking dish (or a pan large enough to hold the sliders) with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and sausage until fully browned. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder, and minced onion. Mix well to evenly combine the seasonings.
- Add the cubed Velveeta to the meat mixture. Continue stirring until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Arrange the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Evenly spread the cheesy meat mixture over the bottom buns. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
- Combine the topping ingredients and brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
