  • 1/3 cup (65g) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) oil or melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup (80g) finely chopped strawberries

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons strawberry puree

Step 1: Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a donut pan.

Step 2: Mix wet ingredients
